Microsoft Office Integration

Many custom business applications are designed to work interactively with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products. Since you have the capability to load any Windows software required for your application on a dedicated Datamark Live cloud server, your users have the ability to interface with Office and other third party applications in their browsers just as if they had your program installed locally.

For applications that integrate with Microsoft Office, the best architecture is for each user to have their own dedicated cloud server (such as our B-2 level server). Although Office can be installed on a higher level remote desktop server with multiple users, there are technical as well as licensing problems running Office in this way. The Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel aren’t designed on work on a server with multiple users running them at the same time.
